If you have a partner that holds a subclass 500 – Student visa you may be able to be added to their visa.
As the Australia student partner visa applicant, you must:
- be the spouse or de facto partner of a subclass 500 – Student visa holder
- have access to sufficient funds to cover your return airfares, tuition fees (if also studying in Australia) and the cost of living in Australia
meet all other criteria for the grant of this visa, including any health and character requirements.
