Hire skilled people without juggling providers
A shortlist, not a pile of CVs
We check each candidate's experience, registration and work rights against your role before you spend time interviewing.
Sponsorship handled in house, when needed
When a hire needs sponsorship or a visa, our registered migration agents prepare it, so there is no handover between providers.
One point of contact
One team from search to start date, so you always know who to call.
Beyond the same onshore candidates
Local applicants are scarce and every employer is chasing them. We also look overseas, and at people already here on working holiday or graduate visas who want to settle.
Permanent hires, not labour hire
We place people to join your team directly and permanently, so they are your employees from day one. Sponsorship can help you keep skilled people for the long term.
Experienced in recruitment and in migration
Recruitment experience and migration expertise sit in one business, so the practical questions get answered early, before an offer is made.
One business from first shortlist to first day
Recruitment is handled by one team. If sponsorship or a visa is needed, the same team looks after that too, so nothing gets lost between providers.

Common questions
How is this different from a normal recruiter?
A normal recruiter finds the candidate and stops there. If the hire needs sponsorship or a visa, you then deal with a second provider. We do both in one team, so nothing gets lost in the handover.
Do you provide temporary or contract staff?
No. We place permanent staff directly with employers. We do not provide labour hire.
Do I need to be an approved sponsor already?
No. Not every hire needs sponsorship, for example when a candidate is already in Australia with full work rights. If you are not yet approved and need to be, our registered migration agents can explain what is involved.
Do I have to use you for the visa as well?
No. Sponsorship and visa support is there when a hire needs it. If a candidate already has work rights, we simply place them.
Which sectors do you recruit for?
Our focus is health, teaching and construction. Tell us about other roles on the skilled occupation list and we will let you know if we can help.
Can you find candidates who are overseas?
Yes. We search for candidates in Australia and overseas. If someone overseas is the right fit, we explain the sponsorship and visa steps with you before you make an offer, so there are no surprises.
How do you screen candidates?
We review each candidate's CV, experience, any registration the role needs, and their work rights against your vacancy. You only see people who match the brief.
How long will it take to fill my vacancy?
It depends on the role, where the candidate is, and whether sponsorship or a visa is involved. We give you a realistic timeframe when we talk through your vacancy, and we do not promise dates we cannot control.
Can you guarantee the visa will be approved?
No one can. Visa outcomes are decided by the Department of Home Affairs. What we do is check the requirements with you early, so you know what to expect before you commit to a hire.
What are your terms, and what if the hire does not work out?
We agree the terms with you in writing before the search starts, including what happens if a placement does not work out. We walk you through them on a call, so you know where you stand from the start.
