Common questions
Which jobs do you recruit for?
We recruit across occupations on the skilled occupation list. Our focus is health, teaching and construction.
I am already in Australia. Can I register?
Yes. Citizens, permanent residents and people with work rights can register. If you already have work rights, a role does not need sponsorship or a visa.
Do I need a visa before I register?
No. Register first. If a role needs sponsorship or a visa, our registered migration agents can explain what is involved. Visa outcomes are decided by the Department of Home Affairs, so we cannot promise one.
Will an employer sponsor me?
Not every employer or role does. It depends on the employer, the role and your circumstances. If you want to understand your options, you can book a consultation with a migration agent.
What happens after I register?
A recruitment consultant reviews your CV and contacts you if there is a suitable role or a next step. We cannot promise a placement, but we will tell you where things stand.
What if there is no suitable role right now?
We keep your details on file and get in touch when a matching role comes up.
Who sees my CV and details?
We speak with you before we put your details forward for a role. Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Does my role need Australian registration or a skills assessment?
Some do, for example many health and teaching roles. We tell you what applies to your occupation so you can plan the steps.
Can your migration agents help with my own visa?
Yes. Our registered migration agents can advise on your visa options. That is a separate consultation from the recruitment side, and we explain who we act for at the start.
