Chao Xu, known to clients and colleagues as Fiona, is a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Migration Agent with extensive knowledge of Australian migration laws, regulations, and policies. She holds a Graduate Diploma of Migration Law from Victoria University, complemented by a Master of Thermal Engineering and a Bachelor of Thermal and Power Engineering.
