Will Rees-Hole

Will Rees-Hole is an experienced recruitment consultant with more than 15 years in the industry. He has built his career from the ground up, progressing from trainee consultant to branch manager before co-founding and leading his own recruitment business as Managing Director.

Over the course of his career, Will has managed every stage of the recruitment cycle, from building employer relationships and attracting candidates through to compliance and placement. Leading a business gave him hands-on experience across sales, operations, compliance and people, which means he understands what employers need and what makes a placement last.

At Migration Unity, Will partners with employers across health, teaching and construction, sectors where skilled workers are in short supply. Many employers compete for the same limited pool of local candidates, and critical vacancies can be hard to fill. Will connects them with skilled people, both already in Australia and from overseas, so that essential roles are filled and the communities who rely on these services are supported.

He takes the time to understand each employer’s needs and each candidate’s goals, then connects them with care and accuracy. Working alongside our migration team, Will gives both sides clear, expert support at every step, and is committed to building long-term relationships and delivering placements that work for everyone involved.
