Step 1: Consultation
The first step is to schedule a consultation with one of our Registered Migration Agents. During the consultation, we will assess your situation and your background.
Note: it is ultimately the evidence that you can obtain supporting your claims that is the determining factor. We will need to review your evidence as an eligibility assessment prior to commencing the skills assessment.
We will send you a fixed fee quote following the consultation which breaks down the applicable fees for each step.
We offer split fee payments to assist you financially during the preparation stages of your Graduate visa journey.
Step 2: Eligibility Assessment
The first step that we will take is to conduct an initial assessment of your eligibility for this visa. This involves reviewing your recent study, English language and other circumstances, to establish whether or not you are likely to meet the relevant requirements.
Note: Our initial assessment of your eligibility does not guarantee that you will (or will not) in fact successfully apply for this visa.
Step 3: Visa Application
After your eligibility has been determined and before lodging your visa application, you must apply for an Australian Federal Police clearance and make bookings to undergo the required health checks. Once you have taken these steps and you have provided the other required information and supporting documents, we will prepare and lodge your visa application with the Department of Home Affairs for assessment. The main criterion is that you meet the requirements referred to above.
You must be in Australia both when your application is lodged and when your visa is granted unless a concession applies. Should your application be successful, you will be granted a visa allowing you to live and work in Australia for 18 months, or 24 months during the COVID-19 concession period (Hong Kong and British National (Overseas) passport holders may stay up to 5 years).
PLEASE NOTE: We estimate that it may take several weeks to prepare and lodge your application, with the time taken largely dependent on how promptly you provide us with the necessary supporting information and documents.
The time that it takes the DHA to process your application is dependent upon its processing time service standards, and may also vary due to a number of other factors, including the complexity of your case, perceived risk factors and processing priorities. Please contact us for current information regarding likely processing timeframes for this type of application.
